Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated between two towers and offers a great location with easy access to Zayed Road. The rooms on the 63rd floor were more than comfortable, spacious, and very clean, but the price could be better. The service, especially from Rocky at reception, was perky, helpful, and provided a breathtaking city view, although some staff were rude and unprofessional. The location is fantastic for visiting the Dubai Mall and the metro, but the pool area is a disaster with falling tiles and a dirty wood floor. Despite these drawbacks, the dining experience, with a mix of local and international food, was okay, albeit very busy during peak times. The facilities, including a tiny gym, were good overall.
The hotel offers stunning rooms with beautiful views of the Burj Khalifa and welcoming staff like Mr Eslam at the front office. However, there are a few staff members who could be more helpful and polite. The location is excellent with proximity to metro stations but might not guarantee a room with a view. The dining options could be more varied, but the buffet was not operational during my stay.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were very spacious and nicely furnished, offering beautiful views of the city. The service was top-notch, with the staff being very accommodating and helpful. The location was perfect, right in the middle of Sheikh Zayed Road between two metro stations, making it easy to access all the main attractions. The dining experience was enjoyable, especially the omelettes and Belgian waffles. Overall, a great value for money with excellent facilities.
The hotel is located on the 60th floor, offering big, clean rooms with amazing views and complimentary water, which is a lovely gesture. However, the room could benefit from better lighting in the bathroom. The service was a bit disorganized, causing issues with bookings and incorrect charges. The location is very central and convenient, close to the metro station and places like Burj Khalifa. The dining experience had limited buffet options, but the nearby fast food places like Starbucks and Wendy's were handy. Overall, a nice stay with some room for improvement.
The hotel provides amazing city views and convenient access to other floors. The one-bedroom suite is spacious but lacked some kitchen amenities like kitchen utensils. The broken fan for the small stove was a downside.
My stay was a mix of great views and service but had some noise issues. The room I was initially given on the 22nd floor had phenomenal views over Burj and the skyline, but I was moved to another room which was even better. The service was excellent and very helpful, although it could have been quieter due to the noise. The location was excellent, close to many attractions, but a bit noisy at times. The dining experience was not up to standards, especially considering the price.
The hotel offers a view of Burj Khalifa, but the dirty and dusty windows take away from the experience. The room was not comfortable and lacked proper illumination in the bathroom, yet the bed was excellent. The service was friendly and accommodating, although there were some mix-ups with food orders. The location is good for a business trip, near the metro station and downtown Dubai. The dining options were not exceptional, with quality issues noted.
The hotel offers very large rooms, perfect for a long weekend break, but some aspects could be improved to ensure health and safety standards are met. The service was friendly overall, but there were instances of lack of politeness. The location is exceptional, providing clean and comfortable space in the heart of Dubai. The dining experience was somewhat restricted and had limitations. The facilities are adequate but may need attention to certain safety aspects.
The hotel was cozy and nice, offering spacious and comfortable rooms with a positive vibe. However, there was a slight delay upon check-in. The service was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially Yassine at the reception. The location was convenient, perfect for various activities and near major attractions. The dining options were pleasing but could use more variety, though gourmet pizzas were enjoyable. Overall, a pleasant stay with some minor room assignment hiccups.
The hotel rooms were huge, clean, and quite modern, facing Sheikh Zayed Road, one of the busiest highways in town with a metro lane. The service was very helpful, but the overall experience was a bit chaotic. The location was brilliant, close to tourist attractions and with amazing views. The dining experience was a mix of very good and not so good dishes. Overall, a convenient location with spacious rooms but with some service issues.
I had an amazing stay at the hotel! The reception staff were so helpful and even booked me a room with a view of the Burj Khalifa, which was absolutely stunning. The city view from my room was just breathtaking. The service was always warm and welcoming, although I did find myself waiting around quite a bit for the elevators. Even though there were some minor hiccups like being a bit patronizing at times, I still felt well taken care of.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were not very clean, especially the bathrooms which were quite dark and could use better lighting. On the bright side, the rooms were huge and offered a very nice view thanks to Ms. However, the service was very unfriendly at both check-in and checkout, although Gohar from entertainment was a delight to interact with. The location was convenient, being very close to the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall, but the dining experience was very poor, with cold breakfast rolls and long wait times for food. Despite some drawbacks, the facilities were satisfactory overall.
I had a fantastic experience during my stay at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the location was ideal. However, the dining options fell short of expectations. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers a vibrant view of Dubai and Sheikh Zayed Road, providing laundry machines and cooking ovens in rooms. The rooms are clean and maintained, but could use some updates.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room had everything I needed, with a great view of the skyline. The front desk manager even upgraded me to a better room on the top floor. The staff were nice and friendly, and the location was superb, near the metro station. However, the dining options were a bit limited. Overall, a great value for the money.
